Scott Macdonald

Scott Macdonald serves as a Senior Advisor with Stirling commercial real estate team, working from the company’s Baton Rouge office. He has more than 22 years of commercial real estate experience and a background that includes the negotiation and successful closing of over $610 million in sales and leasing transactions. His caliber of expertise adds depth to Stirling's roster and a specialty in office and industrial leasing.

Since joining Stirling in 2011, Scott has been a top producing agent for the company. He is a member of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors (GBRAR) and served on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of GBRAR from 2016-2019.

Mr. Macdonald previously served as the 2019 Chairperson for the Baton Rouge CID Trends Seminar. He has also served on the Board of Managers for the Louisiana Commercial Database (LACDB) from 2018-2019. In addition, Mr. Macdonald served on the Executive Leadership Team of the American Heart Association 2020 Capital Area Heart Walk.

Before joining Stirling , Mr. Macdonald was Vice President of Cassidy Turley/CPS, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage company in San Jose, California. His primary focus while with Cassidy Turley was office and manufacturing leasing and sales. 

Mr. Macdonald is a Louisiana native and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana.
