NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana – (December 7, 2011) Joe Gardner and Barrett Cooper, Commercial Sales and Leasing Executives for Stirling Properties, were elected to serve on the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors (NOMAR) Commercial Investment Division’s (CID) Board of Directors.
The installation luncheon took place at the Beau Chene Country Club on Monday, December 5, 2011. At the luncheon, Mr. Gardner accepted the commitment to serve a two year term on the 2012 and 2013 CID Board of Directors. Mr. Cooper, who is now in his second year on the Board, was installed as an elected officer, serving as the Treasurer/Secretary of the Board.
The CID is a chartered platform for commercial specialists formed to foster knowledge, education, integrity and professionalism in the field of commercial real estate. An 11 member autonomous Board of Directors is elected to address issues of mutual interest and to help create commercial opportunities for all CID members.
